Habeeb Fasuyi is a distinguished entrepreneur and founder/chairman of a diverse group of companies in the United States and Nigeria, his country of origin. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
In the United States, Habeeb spearheads financial services companies, including Ultimate Tax Relief and Sharf Pointer Financial Services. Through these entities, he provides essential financial education, accounting, business advisory, tax compliance, and resolution services to the community. Additionally, he founded SP Driving Academy, a driving school established with the mission of giving back to the community by ensuring safety among teenagers on the road. This initiative reflects Habeeb's commitment to community development and his dedication to creating a safer environment for future generations.
In Nigeria, Habeeb Fasuyi owns a thriving microfinance institution and tax consulting firm. These ventures offer financial empowerment and tax audit/resolution services to local business owners, contributing to the economic growth and development of the community.
As a renowned entrepreneur and intellectual, Habeeb has made significant contributions to both his US and Nigerian communities. Rasaq is a graduate of Accounting from Ogun State University, a registered Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member of Accounting Technician Scheme (ATS) of the Institute. He started his working career with Abiola Farms Ltd in 1987 in Yola, old Gongola State, Nigeria as Accounting Assistant, after which he was transferred to Moshood Abiola Campaign Organization (Hope 93), Ikeja as an accountant. In 1994 he became the Senior Accountant of Summit Oil International and in 1996 he was transferred to Abiola Bookshop Press, Lagos as the Senior Accountant. He was the Operating Officer/Accountant at Zedekayat Press Ltd between 1998 and 2000 but was later moved to serve on the school administration of Abiola International School, Ikeja between 2000 and 2010. Upon his resignation from the active services above, he co-founded; Bizplus Consulting Services Ltd, Mcpherson Consulting Services International Resources & Consulting Ltd, a Partner in EJS Consulting, Ebenezer Jimmy Sosanya & Co., and a Board Member of Rigmart Nigeria Ltd among other companies. He is a Partner in Ultimate Tax Relief Consulting, Option Financial Service Ltd and Ultimate Financial Service Ltd; all of which are firms in the Group.
Rasheed Olasunkanmi Babatunde Ologundudu (A.K.A ROB) is an unusual multi-talented entrepreneur and professional, he graduated from Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University) Ago – Iwoye with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He also holds Masters of Science (MSc) in Business Administration from Lagos state University (LASU). Sunkanmi has attended a number of executive management and leadership courses locally and internationally. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretary and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and also an Associate member of the Advertising Practitioner Council of Nigeria (APCON). He started his career in the Public Relations Department of Nigeria Breweries Plc, Iganmu, Lagos in 1987 and held positions of increasing responsibilities within the finance, logistic and foreign exchange Departments and worked in various locations of the company within West Africa for a decade. He was the founding Consultant of Mediathyme Consulting, a firm of registered Chartered Tax Practitioners before joining Ultimate Tax Relief Consulting as the Co-Managing Partner in charge of Business Development.
Olubunmi is a graduate of Economics Education and a master’s degree holder in Financial Management from a prestigious institution, Lagos
State University Ojo, Lagos. She is also an associate member of the Chartered institute of Finance and control of Nigeria (CIFN).
She served with United Bank for Africa (U.B.A) in 2001,where she was retained for a while, she further her banking career with First Bank of
Nigeria Plc 2003, which she served for more than 18years,at the Operational level, she have an oversight function for all the units in the branch, which covers Customer services, Funds transfer, Money Transfers Cash Management and administration, she headed three branches
with the goal that Customer’s experiences are the best in class and enjoyable, with this responsibility of excellence services customer, she also ensure compliance with the various regulatory policies stipulated by the bank and relevant regulatory authorities.
She was nominated as an EPIC culture ambassador for the bank, she also
attended so many leadership trainings.
Olubunmi is now the Director of Operations for Option Financial Services
Limited.
Agbeyinka Yinka Ibrahim is a highly skilled Business Development and Product Manager with a strong background in banking and financial advisory. As a certified Microfinance Banker accredited by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, he brings a wealth of expertise in credit evaluation, risk management, marketing, and operational supervision. With years of experience in defining company strategies and achieving business targets, he has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive growth and foster both new and repeat business opportunities.
Holding a B.Sc. in Political Science from the University of Ilorin, Agbeyinka combines academic rigor with practical expertise. He has undergone specialized training in areas such as leadership and management (KENDOR LTD), loan delinquency management (AMSCO), and Microsoft Excel (WIZER LTD), further enhancing his professional capabilities.
Known for his strong leadership, coordination skills, and ability to foster teamwork, Agbeyinka excels at process optimization and organizational development. His dedication to operational efficiency and relationship management positions him as a key contributor to any organization.
